The plan looks great, I am impressed, and I appreciate your hard work and talent. Just a couple of additions. I need a pooja room approx 5' by 7' no more than 6' X 8'
Also I would like to add a office ( Study room ) say an additional room approx 12' by 12'. This room can be on ground floor or the 1st floor.
Do you think we should extend the porch further at the enterance so that there is enough covered area for parking, by lengthening the entertainment room. I do feel like having a larger (Family Room) entertainment room, say 14' X 22' to 24'.
Also one of the bath rooms on the 1st floor should be a common one, either convert an existing or add one so that people in the family room can use them with out actually having to go thru the bedroom. Your suggestion?
I am not able to read the numbers, the size of the rooms and was not able to print out the entire layout, is there any way you can improve on that?
If you feel any of the above suggestions do not make sense or are not appropriate for the Vastu or design point of view please let me know.
In the next couple of weeks as my wife and I spend more time studying the layout, we might have a some more suggestions.
The Master Bedroom on the ground floor does not seem to have the seating area like the two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Do you think we can add a little space for couple of chairs or a sofa and a small table? We are very much satisfied with the lay out of the house, can we do all these modifiaction with out actually changing the lay out and with out reducing the sizes of the existing rooms?
